TODAY. A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST TONIGHT AND CROSSES THE
WATERS LATE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM
THE WEST ON WEDNESDAY, THEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS SOUTH OF
LONG ISLAND THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS ON
FRIDAY.
Today: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming WSW 5 to 9 kt in the morning. Showers, mainly before 2pm. Seas 1 ft or less.
Tonight: WSW wind 5 to 10 kt becoming NNW in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 20 kt. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 ft.
Sunday: NW wind 5 to 8 kt becoming W 8 to 11 kt in the afternoon. Increasing clouds. Seas around 1 ft.
Sunday Night: WSW wind 5 to 9 kt becoming WNW after midnight. Partly cloudy. Seas around 1 ft.
Monday: WNW wind 6 to 9 kt. Sunny. Seas around 1 ft.
