Clipper to Bring Light Snow; Gulf Storm to Bring Heavy Rain

Light snow accumulations are expected through Sunday from the northern Plains into the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Mid-Atlantic as a clipper storm dives across the northern U.S. A storm is forecast to develop across the western Gulf of Mexico and track across Florida Monday into Tuesday with gusty winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms.

High pressure will briefly return for Monday before a cold front passes through the area Tuesday. High pressure will return for the middle portion of next week.
