Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible across the Central Plains and Missouri Valley Tuesday afternoon and evening. The main threats will be damaging wind and large hail. A late-season low pressure system will bring widespread high-elevation snow and lower elevation rain across the Pacific Northwest toward the Northern Rockies through Tuesday.
