ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY NIGHT. THE FRONT BECOMES STALLED NEAR THE
VIRGINIA AND NORTH CAROLINA BORDER AS WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS
ALONG THE FRONT THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
