Monsoon rains up to 2 to 4 inches in some portions of Arizona and into Mexico may produce flash flooding of normally dry washes and potential for burn scar debris flows. A weather system may produce severe storms with damaging winds and large hail in the Upper Midwest. Gusty winds in the North Plains will keep fire weather threats critical.
