Severe Thunderstorms Possible from the Plains to the Mid Atlantic

Showers and thunderstorms - some severe with large hail and damaging winds - are expected from the southern Plains to the Mid Atlantic through Monday. These storms may also produce very heavy rainfall, which could result in flash flooding. Elsewhere, scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are also likely over parts of the Rockies, Gulf Coast, and Florida.
