A slow moving cold front will produce locally heavy showers and thunderstorms from the Gulf Coast to the Great Lakes. Isolated severe storms will be possible across northwestern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma, and southern Missouri. Synopsis: Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to be possible through Sunday night across the coastal waters. Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue tonight, then winds will shift to the northeast as a trough develops along the coast before shifting back to a weak onshore flow by Sunday afternoon. A weak offshore flow will begin to develop Sunday night as a cold front approaches the region. Winds will be weak to moderate out of the north Monday as the cold front pushes across the waters. Weak to at times moderate offshore flow will persist through Tuesday, before gradually becoming onshore around mid week. Drier air will move in behind the front and bring an end to precipitation chances through the end of the week.
