Locally Heavy Rain The Next Few Days; Inclement Weather Returns To Northwest Late In The Week

Locally heavy rainfall is expected the next few days in multiple areas of the Lower 48. Today rain is expected across the East, then on Wednesday in the southern Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley and finally on Thursday across the Ohio Valley. Meanwhile, a very inclement weather pattern will take shape late week into the weekend for the Northwest, West Coast and much of the West.
