Scattered severe thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday from the southern Plains into the southern Great Lakes vicinity. Thunderstorms may also produce heavy to excessive rain that could pose a flooding threat from central Texas into southern Oklahoma and northern Missouri into southern Michigan.
