



Heavy Rain and Mountain Snow in California; Critical Fire Weather in the Plains
A Pacific storm continues to bring several feet of heavy mountain snow and powerful winds to the Sierra Nevada and northern California today. Heavy to excessive rain is likely over parts of southwestern California through tonight. This could cause flash flooding across burn scars.
