Coastal Storm Impacting the Mid-Atlantic; Remaining Unseasonably Warm in the Central U.S.

A coastal storm will bring widespread rain, gusty winds, shallow coastal flooding, rip currents, large surf and possible areal flooding over the Mid-Atlantic region through Wednesday.
