Flood Watches are in effect from Friday morning through Saturday evening for all of central and southern SEAK and most of the northern panhandle.
An atmospheric river is forecast to impact the panhandle late Thursday night through Saturday morning, bringing snow transitioning to heavy rain, as well as quickly rising freezing levels. Flooding is possible due the expected rainfall and abundant snowmelt. Additionally, strong wind gusts across the southern panhandle with the heavy rain could increase the risk for possible isolated landslides. Read More >
