A strong atmospheric river will continue moderate to heavy rainfall with possible flooding, gusty to high winds, and mountain snows for parts of the Northwest U.S. into Thursday. Additional impacts are likely into Friday with a cold front. Rest Of Tonight: Southeast wind less than 10 knots backing northeast 5 to 15 knots late. Cloudy. A chance of rain showers by midnight, then rain showers late. Waves calm to 1 foot.

Wednesday: Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots becoming 15 to 25 knots by late morning. Gusts up to 32 knots. Cloudy through mid morning then becoming partly cloudy. Rain showers likely through mid morning, then a slight chance of rain showers by late morning. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet, then subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.

Wednesday Night: Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots diminishing to 5 to 15 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly cloudy. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.

Thursday: Southwest wind less than 10 knots backing south 5 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Gusts up to 23 knots. Cloudy. A slight chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Waves calm to 1 foot.
