A strong atmospheric river moving into northern California later today will bring a threat for moderate to heavy rainfall and flooding, gusty to high winds, and mountain snows for parts of the Northwest U.S. through Wednesday. Wednesday: Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around 25 knots. Sunny. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

Wednesday Night: Northwest wind 5 to 10 knots with gusts to around 20 knots becoming southwest early in the morning. Mostly clear. Waves 1 foot or less.

Thursday: South wind 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around 20 knots in the afternoon. Cloudy. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
