...BRISK WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...
Synopsis: A 995 mb low in the Chukchi Sea about 350 nm northwest of
Utqiagvik will quickly move east today and to 300 nm north of
Demarcation Point by tonight. A high in the Central NPAC will
remain in place through the weekend. A 999 mb low will develop off
the Chukotsk Peninsula tomorrow afternoon, maintaining a pressure
gradient over the area. South- southwest winds continue from the
Bering Sea through the Bering Strait and into the Chukchi Sea
through the weekend. Near gale- force wind gusts are possible for
the entire area.

WSW wind 20 to 25 kt. Rain likely, mainly before 4pm. Areas of fog. Seas 1 ft or less.
Tonight
WSW wind around 20 kt, with gusts as high as 25 kt. A chance of rain, mainly before 10pm. Areas of fog. Seas 1 ft or less.
