HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC WILL MAINTAIN A STRONG
SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. STRONG
NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH THE
STRONGEST WINDS ANTICIPATED OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND ALONG
THE BIG SUR COAST. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE A FRESH SWELL.
Overnight: SSW wind 6 to 8 kt. Rain likely.
Thursday: SSW wind 5 to 12 kt becoming W in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny.
Thursday Night: W wind 5 to 10 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt. Cloudy.
Friday: SE wind 5 to 10 kt increasing to 12 to 17 kt in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 26 kt. Rain likely after 11am.
Friday Night: SE wind 13 to 19 kt, with gusts as high as 28 kt. Rain.
Saturday: ESE wind 9 to 13 kt becoming NNE in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 19 kt. Showers likely, mainly after 11am.
Saturday Night: NNE wind 5 to 11 kt becoming NW after midnight. A chance of rain before 11pm.
