.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING STRONG SOUTH WINDS TO THE COASTAL
WATERS MAINLY FROM CAPE BLANCO NORTHWARD. THE REMAINDER OF THE
MARINE FORECAST AREA IS EXPECTED TO BE AFFECTED BY VERY STEEP
SEAS.

  THEN 25 TO 35 KT TONIGHT. WINDS DIMINISH THURSDAY AFTERNOON
  BEFORE INCREASING AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT.

* SEAS...STEEP 8 TO 10 FT TONIGHT...THEN BUILDING FURTHER TO 12 TO
  14 FT THURSDAY MORNING. HEAVY WEST SWELL WILL THEN BUILD
  THURSDAY AFTERNOON WITH COMBINED SEAS REACHING A PEAK 20 TO 22
  FEET THURSDAY NIGHT. SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN VERY HIGH AND
  VERY STEEP THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL AFFECT
  AREAS BEYOND 10 NM FROM GOLD BEACH NORTHWARD. WARNING LEVEL
  SEAS WILL IMPACT ALL AREAS THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY.

REMAIN IN PORT, OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL WAVES SUBSIDE. COMMERCIAL
VESSELS SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN
PORT OR TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS SEAS SUBSIDE.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS AND SEAS WILL CREATE A
POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALLER VESSELS AND INEXPERIENCED MARINERS.
