...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT FRIDAY...

* Winds...North 20 to 30 kt through late tonight.

* Seas...Steep, wind driven seas 5 to 9 feet.

* Areas affected...Areas from Port Orford southward beyond 2 nm of
  the coast and near capes will be affected by gusty winds and
  steep seas hazardous to small craft. The strongest winds and
  steepest seas will occur this afternoon and this evening,
