  KT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AND CONTINUING THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY MORNING. WINDS MAY INCREASE FURTHER WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* SEAS...STEEP 10 TO 13 FOOT SEAS AT 12 SECONDS WILL PERSIST
  THROUGH THE MORNING. SEAS WILL REMAIN STEEP THIS AFTERNOON AND
  TONIGHT AT 10 TO 13 FEET DUE TO COMBINED WEST SWELL AND STEEP
  CHOPPY WINDS SEAS. STEEP SEAS OF 8 TO 11 FEET DUE TO A MIX OF
  WEST SWELL AND STEEP CHOPPY WIND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY INTO
  WEDNESDAY MORNING. SEAS MAY INCREASE FURTHER WEDENSDAY AFTERNOON
  AND EVENING.

* AREAS AFFECTED... THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS
  WILL AFFECT ALL AREAS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. THEN SMALL CRAFT
  ADVISORY WINDS AND SEAS WILL AFFECT THE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON
  THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST BEYOND 3 NM
  FROM SHORE AND NEAR CAPES.
