Seas remain hazardous to smaller crafts Thursday night with seas of 13 feet at 14 seconds. * WHERE...All areas north of Cape Blanco. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, until 11 PM PDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 2 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
