Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cascade Head OR from 10 to
60 NM-Waters from Cascade Head to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM-
238 AM PST Tue Jan 23 2018

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT PST TONIGHT...

* WINDS...South winds increasing 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt
  later tonight through Tuesday evening.

* SEAS...Combined seas 12 ft and then to 18 to 20 ft on this
  afternoon and evening. Seas falling back to between 12 to 14 ft
  after midnight tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
