This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Nearshore
waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Strong west winds will continue this evening and overnight. The
combination of wind and resultant waves will create conditions
hazardous to smaller vessels. Please refer to the latest Nearshore
Marine Forecast and Marine Weather Message for additional
details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong westerly winds will continue into Thursday morning resulting
in hazardous conditions for smaller vessels.

BUILDING WAVES THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT, WHICH WILL CAUSE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT ALONG PORTIONS OF WESTERN
LAKE SUPERIOR.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
