This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Lake
Michigan and the waters of Green Bay.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Southwest winds with gale force gusts will arrive this evening and
continue tonight. Thunderstorms are possible today and tonight,
also posing a hazard to mariners.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Southwest winds will become northwest on Friday with gale force
gusts likely until evening.

Thunderstorms are possible again Monday night and Tuesday, posing
a hazard to mariners.

...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM CDT
FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Gale
Warning, which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT
Friday. The Gale Watch is no longer in effect.

* WINDS...becoming south this evening and increasing to 30 knots
  with 35 knot gale force gusts. Southwest winds to 30 knots early
  Friday veering to northwest by Friday afternoon. Gale force
  gusts over 35 knots are likely.

* WAVES...Building to 3 to 5 feet on the Bay and 6 to 10 feet
  along the Lake Michigan nearshore waters by late Thursday
  night into Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds around 35 knots or greater are
expected.  Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels.  It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
