This hazardous weather outlook is for northern Lower Michigan...
eastern Upper Michigan...and adjacent nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan...Lake Huron and Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Moderate to heavy rains will start to taper off later today, but
when combined with runoff from earlier heavy rains, flooding
remains a possibility across the region. See the ongoing flood
watch for details.

Windy conditions will continue to impact northern Michigan into
much of tonight, with the strongest winds along the Lake Michigan
and Lake Superior coastlines. See the ongoing wind advisory for
details.

Gale force wind gusts will occur on all nearshore waters
surrounding the Great Lakes through tonight.

The Rifle River near Sterling and the Manistee River near Sherman
are expected to exceed flood stage during the day today, with only
minor river flooding expected. Please see the latest river flood
warnings for additional information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Minor river flooding will continue for the Rifle river near
Sterling and for the Manistee near Sherman through Wednesday.
