...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
4 PM EDT WEDNESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
4 PM EDT WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS BECOMING SOUTHEAST AND
  INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS TODAY. WINDS WILL VEER TO THE
  SOUTHWEST TONIGHT BUT REMAIN BETWEEN 15 TO 25 KNOTS THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES...WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET FOR TONIGHT. WAVES WILL
  REMAIN AT 3 TO 5 FEET THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WAVES OF 4 FEET OR MORE ARE
EXPECTED OR WIND SPEEDS REACH 21 TO 33 KNOTS WHICH MAY PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD STAY IN PORT
DURING THESE CONDITIONS.
