This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Southeast Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A small craft advisory is in effect for elevated winds and seas
this afternoon and tonight. A storm system will move up the coast
tonight bringing a risk of strong to severe storms. Waterspouts
will be possible in the stronger cells. In addition...with warmer
air spreading over the cooler nearshore waters, areas of sea fog
may become an intermittent problem, outside of any precipitation.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Periods of sea fog are possible Sunday night into midweek. A
strong cold front is expected to push off the coast early Friday.

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.

CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
