This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Southeast Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A small craft advisory is in effect for elevated winds and seas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Unsettled weather is expected this weekend. A storm system will
move up the coast late Saturday afternoon and Saturday night
bringing a risk of strong to severe storms. Waterspouts, strong
winds and elevated seas will all be a risk. In addition...with
warmer air spreading over the cooler nearshore waters, areas of
sea fog may become an intermittent problem, outside of any
precipitation, Saturday night into early next week.


Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
