This hazardous weather outlook is for the Middle Texas
Coastal Waters.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Small Craft Advisory is in effect across the Middle Texas
Coastal Waters today through tonight for strong north winds and
hazardous seas.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible across the Middle Texas
Coastal Waters this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Small Craft Advisory conditions will continue Wednesday through
Thursday night over the gulf waters. Small craft advisory
conditions are likely again on Saturday night over the gulf
waters.

Isolated to scattered non-severe thunderstorms are possible through
the weekend, with the main concern being cloud to water lightning.

Spotter activation is not anticipated.

.Strong offshore flow will persist through Wednesday morning for
the coastal and nearshore waters. Additional advisories will
likely be needed for strong winds and rough seas further into the
week.

WEDNESDAY...

* WINDS...North winds 20 to 25 knots with occasional higher
  gusts.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 5 to 8 feet becoming with seas occasionally
  up to 10 feet

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 7 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions. Mariners should pay close
attention to the marine forecast...and consider wind and sea
conditions in planning.
