...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM SUNDAY TO
7 AM EST MONDAY...

* Location...The Atlantic coastal waters of northern New Jersey.

* Winds...East to southeast 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  Sunday morning, becoming southwest 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to
  20 kt Sunday afternoon, then west to northwest near 10 kt Sunday
  night.

* Seas...3 to 4 feet, building to 4 to 6 feet during Sunday.

* Timing...Winds and seas will increase late tonight and Sunday
  morning, then gradually diminish Sunday afternoon and evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
