The nearshore and off shore Atlantic and Caribbean Coastal Waters-

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Puerto Rico and the adjacent
Atlantic Coastal Waters.

.Day One...Today and Tonight

Waves...Choppy seas up to 6 feet are expected mainly across the
Atlantic waters and portions of the Anegada and Mona Passages.

.Rip Currents...There is a moderate risk of rip currents for Puerto
Rico north facing beaches and southern beaches of Vieques.

.Days Two through Seven...Saturday through Thursday

A long period swell from the northwest will create hazardous seas
across the local and region water this weekend. This swell will create
high rip currents risk and choppy seas for the Atlantic beaches and
most of the north facing beaches of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin

.Spotter information statement...

Widespread spotter activation is not anticipated, however individual
spotter are encouraged to report Rip Currents to the National Weather
Service in San Juan.
