This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the U.S. Virgin Islands and the
ADJACENT Coastal Waters.

.Day One...Today and Tonight

.Thunderstorms...There is a slight chance of thunderstorms with heavy
rainfall and brief gusty winds this afternoon across portions the U.S.
Virgin Islands and the local waters.

.Flooding...Heavy rains could lead isolated gut flooding.

.Wind...Periods of sustained winds in excess of 20 MPH are expected
across most of the local waters.

.Waves...Choppy/Rough seas up to 8 feet are expected across the local
outer Atlantic waters and the Anegada Passage.

.Rip Currents...There is a high risk of rip currents for Cramer Park
in Saint Croix.

.Days Two through Seven...Wednesday through Monday

Wetter than normal weather will continue through Wednesday with
thunderstorms possible each afternoon. The risk of rip currents will
persist through at least Friday.

.Spotter information statement...

Widespread spotter activation is not anticipated, however individual
spotter are encouraged to report High winds, Flooding, Waterspouts,
Rip Currents to the National Weather Service in San Juan.
