This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
the Atlantic waters and local passages. Hazardous conditions for
small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone particularly the western, northern, and eastern beaches
including Culebra and Vieques.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A northerly swell will continue to result in hazardous marine and
coastal conditions for at least Friday. Beachgoers are urge to
avoid visit exposed beaches at the northern coastal areas between
Thursday to Friday. A cold front will approach the local islands
from the northwest on Saturday increasing the potential for shower
activity through Sunday.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM AST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Hazardous seas up to 7 feet with occasional seas up to 9
  feet.

* WHERE...Nearshore and offshore Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico
  and USVI, coastal waters of western and eastern Puerto Rico,
  and the Mona Passage.

* WHEN...Through 6 PM AST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 7 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
