This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rip currents: There is a moderate risk of rip currents along the
Atlantic beaches of South Florida.

Thunderstorms: Isolated thunderstorms should develop by early
afternoon as the east coast sea breeze moves inland. Coverage will
become scattered across the interior and west coast areas from mid to
late afternoon. The thunderstorms will produce frequent lightning and
locally heavy rainfall.

Heat: Maximum heat index values today will reach 100 to 104 degrees
in Collier, Mainland Monroe, western Miami-Dade, and northeast Palm
Beach Counties.

Waterspouts: Isolated waterspouts are possible across the Atlantic
Waters today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Scattered thunderstorms are expected each day, with the highest
coverage across the western interior and Gulf coast each afternoon.
The main threats are expected to be lightning and localized minor
flooding.
