Deeper moisture ahead of surface trough across central portions of east central Florida will support a low lightning storm chance across Okeechobee County and Treasure Coast and the Atlantic waters overnight. A few lightning storms may contain heavy downpours and gusty winds, especially south of Saint Lucie Inlet. .RIP CURRENT AND SURF IMPACT... There is a Moderate Risk of dangerous rip currents at all central Florida Atlantic beaches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. High storm chances are expected to continue through much of the next week, as deep moisture remains across much of central Florida. Storms may produce gusty winds, occasional to frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
