Jose Continues to Bring Dangerous Surf and Rip Currents to the East Coast

Post Tropical Jose continues to meander and slowly weaken off the coast of southern New England. Heavy rains bands and thunderstorms are expected to produce 1 to 2 inches of additional rainfall and tropical-storm-force winds. Swells from Jose will bring the risk of dangerous surf and rip current conditions for much of the U.S. East Coast for the next several days.
