Heavy rainfall may also lead to localized flash flooding across Central parts of the country. Synopsis: High pressure across the south central waters will lift north to the central waters on Wednesday, then north to the northern waters Thursday and into the upcoming weekend. South to southwest tonight will back to the south and southeast on Wednesday and continue into the upcoming weekend with an onshore sea breeze component developing along the coast each afternoon. Wind and seas will be higher near thunderstorms, otherwise no headlines are expected.
