Synopsis: High pressure ridge over the southern Gulf and a weak surface front over interior of Mississippi and Alabama will continue through the early weekend. This will bring a continued unsettled weather pattern to the marine area, with diurnal scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, mostly nighttime and early morning. A light to moderate mainly west flow will continue over the marine area through most of the period.
