Critical fire weather conditions will continue over portions of California today. Very strong winds with gusts over 60 mph combined with dry humidity values will create an environment conducive to extreme fire danger and explosive fire growth over southern California. Mon Night: N winds up to 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. NW swell 4 to 5 ft at 11 seconds.

Tue: SE winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves around 3 ft. NW swell 4 to 6 ft at 11 seconds. A slight chance of rain in the afternoon.

Tue Night: SW winds 5 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. NW swell 5 to 8 ft at 11 seconds. A chance of rain.

Wed: NW winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. NW swell 5 to 9 ft. A chance of showers through the night.
