Continuous Heavy Rainfall And Threat For Flooding Over The Western Gulf Coast And Midwest; Excessive Heat Widespread Across The Desert Southwest
A very slow moving disturbance will deliver continuous tropical heavy rainfall and flooding along the Texas Gulf Coast into Louisiana. Additional heavy rainfall will be possible across the Midwest and Ohio Valley, from a circulation and stalled frontal zone. Very hot temperatures exceeding 110 degrees are likely over southern California, Nevada and Arizona, which includes Las Vegas and Phoenix.
