Heavy snow and freezing rain will impact portions of the Plains, upper Midwest, and Great Lakes into Monday. Significant snow accumulations and gusty winds are likely in some areas. Farther to the south, rain and a few thunderstorms are expected over the Mississippi, Tennessee, and Ohio Valleys. Heavy rain & mountain snowfall will also continue from northern California into the Pacific Northwest.
