Heavy Rainfall And Flooding Threat Continues Over The Western Gulf Coast And Midwest; Excessive Heat Widespread Across The Desert Southwest
A slow moving disturbance will continue to generate rounds of rainfall across the western Gulf Coast from Texas to western Louisiana through Thursday. Flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas will be possible. Across the Desert Southwest, triple digit heat with highs exceeding 115 degrees will be possible over portions of southern California, Nevada, and Arizona through Saturday.
