Wintry precipitation will expand into the eastern portions of the Great Lakes and New England Tuesday into Tuesday night. An inclement weather pattern will produce coastal rain and higher elevation snow in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California on Tuesday, and into the Northern Intermountain Region by Wednesday.
