The National Hurricane Center has issued a Tropical Storm Watch, Tropical Storm Warning and a Hurricane Watch for parts of the Southeastern United States as Tropical Storm Hermine churns in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. Meanwhile, Madeline in the Pacific is on a path just south of Hawaii. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for southern islands.
