The National Hurricane Center has discontinued advisories for Erica as yet another tropical system, Fred, forms in the eastern Atlantic. Remnants of Erika could still produce heavy rainfall and gusty winds across southern and central Florida on Sunday. Meanwhile, the Eastern Pacific remains active, with advisories continuing to be issued for two hurricanes, Jimena and Ignacio.
