Remnants of Erika bringing heavy rain to Florida

Tropical moisture associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Erika will produce heavy rain across parts of Florida on Monday, creating the potential for flash flooding. Flood Watches and Warnings are in effect for parts of the state. Heavy rain could also lead to flash flooding across parts of the Carolinas.
