Synopsis: A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL PERSIST FROM THE NORTHEASTERN PACIFIC TO THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL GULF THROUGH TUESDAY. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY DEEPEN OVER THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE PANHANDLE...RESULTING IN STRENGTHENING NORTHERLY WINDS OVER THE NORTHERN INNER CHANNELS.
