Strong Pacific Storm System Bringing Heavy Rain, Mountain Snow and Strong Wind to California

Another Pacific storm system will bring a continued threat for heavy rain, very heavy mountain snow, and strong winds to California through Tuesday. The threat of flooding, landslides, and avalanches will create dangerous travel conditions in many parts of the state. In addition, downed trees and power lines could lead to scattered power outages.
