Synopsis: The axis of the Atlantic high pressure ridge just south of Lake Okeechobee early this morning will drift northward across central Florida through mid week, then drop back south into south Florida by late week as a weak low pressure trough develops offshore the southeast states. Benign sea conditions will continue this week, although the Treasure Coast waters may see short wave periods due to the lee-side shadow of the northern Bahamas.
