Extremely critical fire weather conditions persist in southern California. Fire weather conditions will remain critical in southern California through Wednesday. Widespread poor air quality due to wildfire smoke is expected across California through the week. Snow will develop over parts of Northern New England, including some lake-effect snow downwind from the Great Lakes.
