Synopsis: A 1008 mb low 290 nm S of Icy Bay lifts to 200 nm S of Cordova at 1008 mb by Fri afternoon. A compact 1008 mb surface low develops along its front 100 nm S of Yakutat by Fri morning and lifts to 30 nm N of Middleton Island at 1007 mb by Sat morning. Both features dissipate in the northern Gulf by Sat afternoon.
